PART TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative support in our busy office.

Essential Requirements:

  •  Being able to answer telephone calls in a courteous and timely manner.

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.

  • Being able to work well in within a busy team, and also unsupervised at times.

  • A reliable and conscientious work ethic.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Excellent Computer skills.

  • A Driving Licence is advantageous.

This role is a part time position, however the ability to be flexible is required.
